• Provide care to non-affording segment of the patients with subsidized rates or free of cost to deserving one.
• Expand and strengthen its position as a model health system that delivers high value services at all sites of care, including interactions in physician offices and clinics, ambulatory and outpatient centers, and inpatient facilities, as well as through electronic and other remote linkages (telemedicine clinics).
• Setup a regime of Health City Hospitals and Clinics in coordination with clinical colleagues of different specialties.
• Setup a network of lab collection centers.
• Maintain a secure financial base including a growing endowment, enhancing HCH long term ability to achieve its Mission and Vision.
• Consider partnerships and affiliations with other leading high quality health care organizations and other industry participants.
